By commissionning, the client agree to all of the writing bellow.
⚠️Please read carefully
1️- The client have to pay 50% of the total price before any work is started officially by me and I will only start from there.
2- Be communicative. I'll be constently giving you a follow-up of the work in progress.(Sketch, LineArt, etc)
3- The client have the right to ask for 2 littles modification per step of creation(Sketch etc.)If any demands required a lot of work or even entire rework, I will charge an extra worth the time and effort I need for it.
-4 For the final completion, a low resolution and watermarked files will be sent as usual. The client will be then invited to pay the 50% that are still missing. If no payment are made within a week, no high quality unwatermarked illustration will be sent and I am preserving the final work as well as the exclusivity of the art's commission. I will also keep the initial 50% and withdraw any responsability about my obligations.
5- If the client wish to cancel the commission at any point after the initial payment and work was started(Sketch finished and showed), I will keep the 50% and the illustration of the commission I already started.
Any responsability I had with the client will be obsolete.
6- After the commission is completed, the illustration belong to the client. 7- The client cannot sell or reproduce the commission in any circumstance. 10- Unless an unexpected situation arrive and we discussed about it, I commit myself of completing any commission withing a 30 days ranged of the initial invoice payment made. If the commission is not completed within this period of time, the client may ask for a full refund.
